We will soon start the recording process of new tracks. We don’t know yet how many tracks we will try to get on tape, but it will definitly be a couple! ;)
So, we wanted to hear from you guys. Does anyone have any affordable recording tips of tricks to get a mean-ass-tone of drums, guitar, bass and vocals? Any tips are appreciated!
We will probably be using drum programming software to track the drums (we get the sound we want at an affordable price).
By demand, we’ve posted the “Deliverance EP” from our previous band, Spit, on Bandcamp. This EP was recorded back in 2006. We’re still proud of the music we created then, but we are of course more excited about the material we now are producing in A Red Sky Collapse. It’s probably not a secret that we in A Red Sky Collapse are all fan of Between the Buried and Me, and now we’ve probably need to also follow closely White Arms of Athena. Jamie King, the producer of most of BTBAM’s tracks, handled recording duties on this record.
This album, “Astrodrama”, is a modern-day progressive masterpiece. Majestic, brutal and melodically fulfilling, this record continues to baffle me. So, check it out. YOU WON’T BE SORRY!
